It was about shaping individuals\u2014young minds who not only succeed in exams but succeed in life. Over time, I kept asking myself, \u201cWhat truly makes a student excel\u2014not just in marks, but in the journey of life?\u201d The answer I found wasn\u2019t in textbooks. It lay deeper. And that answer became<strong> CPX<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This program is personal to me. It was not designed in a boardroom. It was imagined in quiet moments\u2014observing our students, listening to their aspirations, and sensing their silent confusions. CPX is not just a curriculum module. It\u2019s a compass.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C for Character: The Foundation of Everything<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can teach a child mathematics, but if they don\u2019t learn integrity, what good is intelligence? If they don\u2019t learn humility, collaboration, perseverance, and a sense of service\u2014then what good is success? This is why CPX begins with character. One period a week may sound small, but the ripple effect of a value sown at the right time can shape a lifetime. We want our students to be kind before they are competitive, honest before they are ambitious, and respectful before they are brilliant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P for Potential: The Power Within<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Every child has a spark. But without direction, that spark fades into distraction. At ODM, we don\u2019t want our students to just pass through school; we want them to discover themselves. CPX helps them identify their strengths, set goals\u2014academic or otherwise\u2014and more importantly, understand the &#8220;why&#8221; behind those goals. If a student dreams of becoming a scientist, an artist, or a social worker\u2014we help them not just dream, but plan, act, and evolve. That\u2019s potential in motion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>X for Excel: Becoming Your Best Self<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2018Excel\u2019 is not about being better than others. It\u2019s about being better than who you were yesterday. With knowledge, intellect, personality, leadership, and wellness forming the five pillars of this stage, CPX is our commitment to ensure every child doesn\u2019t just aim for marks, but for mastery\u2014of self, of skills, and of spirit. This year, we added a dimension of social entrepreneurship to CPX. Because what\u2019s the point of education if it doesn\u2019t make the world a better place? We want students to not only build their careers but also contribute to society. We want them to lead, not follow.<\/p>\n<p>CPX was created with a very simple belief: <strong>when children have the right values, a clear goal, and the skills to pursue it, they will thrive.<\/strong> Without that, they\u2019re just wandering through years,surrounded by noise, pulled in every direction. CPX brings clarity. It anchors them. It reminds them of who they are, and who they can become.<\/p>\n<p>To me, this isn\u2019t just a program. It\u2019s a part of our soul as an institution.
